*I openly handle several allergens in my kitchen, including dairy, tree nuts, eggs, wheat and others. While I do my best to keep ingredients separate, I cannot guarantee that any of my baked goods and pastries are allergen free as I use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them.

Millionaire’s Shortbread – Triple-decker combination of buttery cookie, sweet caramel and dark chocolate in perfect layers.  40 1×3 inches. 

Nanaimo Bars – Consists of a chocolate-almond-coconut graham crust supporting a dense layer of buttercream, topped with semi-sweet chocolate. 16 2-inch squares.

Napoleon Bars – Layered puff pastry filled with pastry cream and topped with a powdered sugar icing and drizzled chocolate. 12 2-inch squares.

Peanut Butter Bars – Rich peanut butter filling (similar to that of Reese’s PB cups) topped with a milk chocolate layer.  24 2-inch squares.

Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting – Soft, fluffy pumpkin bar topped with a light and fluffy cream cheese frosting. 24 2-inch squares.

Raspberry Streusel Bars – Buttery shortbread crust with a bright, tangy raspberry fruit filling topped with an old-fashioned oat streusel.  20 2.5-inch squares.

Blueberry Coffee Cake – Rich, dense, buttery cake with blueberries throughout. Topped with a cinnamon and sugar streusel. May substitute any berry of your choosing, pending season/availability. Serves 8-10.

Cream Cheese Coffee Cake – Rich, moist cake with a swirl of tangy cream cheese with a lemon sugar-almond topping. Serves 10-12.

New York-Style Crumb Cake – Tender, buttery cake with a thick, lightly spiced crumb topping. Serves 8-10.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake – Rich cake with a generous amount of brown sugar-pecan streusel inside and out. Serves 12-16.

Biscotti – Italian twice-baked cookies resulting in a dry, crunchy oblong cookie in multiple flavors (Almond, Anise, Hazelnut-Orange, Hazelnut-Lavender, Pistachio-Spice, Chocolate Coating).

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies – Packed with peanut and peanut butter flavor with crispy edges and a chewy center. These cookies contain extra-crunchy peanut butter and salted, dry-roasted peanuts. Add Ghirardelli milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Cookies – Rich, chewy texture with hints of caramel and packed with Ghirardelli milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips. Large size=3.5-4″.

Florentine Lace Cookies – Wafer-thin, toffee-like, buttery, almond cookies garnished with bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate.

Glazed Lemon Cookies – Rich, buttery cookie with a lemon zest glaze.

Gingerbread Cookies – The perfect blend of sweet and spicy with a rich molasses flavor. 

Hazelnut Meringues – (brutti ma buoni, which literally translates into ugly but good): Crispy exterior, followed by a soft, chewy interior.

Italian Sprinkle Cookies – Cake-like cookies, with a mild anise flavoring, glazed with icing and topped with sprinkles.

Jam Sandwiches – A perfectly balanced raspberry jam sandwiched between two, rich, buttery cookies.

Lady Locks – Flaky pastry shells with a buttercream type filling.

Meringues – Light and airy with a crispy exterior that melts instantly in your mouth. 1-1.5″ sized cookies. * Price to vary upon the following: meringues may be piped in to rosettes; stars; kisses; hearts; etc upon request, in addition to, varying colors and sizes.

Mexican Wedding Cookies – A crumbly, buttery and nutty cookie tossed in a cinnamon, confectioner’s mixture.

Oatmeal Cookies – Chewy, moist cookies packed with oats and a hint of nutmeg.
