Start with sending some info

I’m excited to help make your celebration even sweeter! Please fill out the contact form to get started. This helps gather important details upfront so I can provide you with the best recommendations and an accurate quote. Once submitted, I’ll will review your request and get back to you within 4-5 business days.

Then we can set up cake tastings

Cake tastings are offered for a $40 nonrefundable fee.

You and your fiancé will choose three cake and three buttercream flavors from our menu. Please be sure to share how you would like them paired. You will receive two slices of cake, per flavor combination, for a total of 6 slices. (Should you like to try additional flavor combinations there will be an added $15 charge per pairing.)

Cake tastings are picked up, at the bakery, by you or your designated person and done on your own. Once you have done your tasting please provide feedback via email.

Next up, scheduling

After I have received your feedback, and you have decided to move forward with me, there is a nonrefundable retainer fee, in the amount of 25% of your proposal/estimated total, that is due to hold your date.

  • You have 30 days from the date of your tasting to let me know if you will move forward with me. If I don’t hear from you in that time your date is removed from my schedule. The retainer fee will be applied to your final invoice should you move forward with me.
  • The remainder of your total is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date.
  • Of note, there will be a $100 delivery and set up fee added to your final invoice.

Once I have received your follow up we will go over all details for your cake/dessert table design, flavors, cost, delivery and set up time. When everything is finalized I will forward you and your fiancé a contract that covers everything we discussed and will need to be signed. I will then sign it and send you a completed copy.
